Brief Description of Event: 
The Haunted Barn is a family activity featuring pony rides, games, face-painting and other Halloween-themed activities for children. A small entry fee will be charged and all proceeds from the fees will be donated to Helping Heroes, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides housing and other services to homeless veterans. Helping Heroes will use the funds to purchase supplies and hygiene products needed by the veterans they serve. The event features safe entertainment in a local park facility and provides volunteer opportunities for students, barn staff, and other local volunteers.
