Brief Description of Event: 
A fundraiser to help support Baltimore City Homelessness Programs. Hosted by Every Kid Can Cook in partnership with The Journey Home and the Baltimore Mayor's Office of Human Services. On Friday, October 4th, 2019 for lunch, people will come from all over Maryland to help break the Guinness Book of World Records for "Most People Breaking Bread". The goal is to get 33 youth volunteers to pass out bread during this world-record breaking event. This event is welcome to all! For those who want to participate without volunteering, tickets are available at http://www.journeyhomebaltimore.org VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Volunteers both adult (15 volunteers) and youth (24 volunteers) are needed! Volunteers should arrive at 10AM, and expect to volunteer until 1:15PM. Youth volunteers (ages 7-17) will pass out bread during the event. Youth volunteers need to pick up their aprons by 10:15 at the event and connect with their assigned groups. Adult volunteers will assist and supervise youth volunteers as they pass out bread during this historic event.
