Brief Description of Event:
Families will come together at the parking lot at the corner of 250 and 42 in Churchville. We will go to Braley Pond about twenty minutes west and clean the trails. The trail is about three miles long and is a gently slope. Wear sturdy clothing, including shoes. Be prepared for bugs and sun and big scratchy bushes (heavy gloves). Hedgeclippers are encouraged, but no other equipment needed. We will need to have plenty of drinks and a lunch. Volunteers also needed to help with the lunch and food! This is in conjunction with and overseen by the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club, the Forest Service, and the Weyers Cave Ruritan Club.
